The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Shoreditch Mini cabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Shoreditch Mini cabs," "we," or "us" denotes the company providing the service, while "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival. This includes all airport transfers, where punctuality is crucial for flight check-in. Shoreditch Mini cabs shall not be held accountable for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate travel time or if you are not prepared for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 It is your duty to select a car of an appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, will be considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should request this during the booking process.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Shoreditch Mini cabs provides a quotation based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be added. We reserve the right to amend the quoted price in the event of substantial changes to the initially provided itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period beyond the stated landing time and covers the cost of airport parking. Any waiting time exceeding this period will be subject to the standard Shoreditch Mini cabs waiting rate. We will make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, but we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is imperative to review this confirmation thoroughly and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Shoreditch Mini cabs of any discrepancies shall render us not liable for any resultant delays or costs.

3.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage, soiling, or adverse impact on the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in an additional charge to cover cleaning expenses.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the car.

4.3 All children in the car must be secured in an appropriate manner based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than permitted by our licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 In the event of a booking cancellation, you should notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel a vehicle after it has been dispatched, a charge will apply, based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 For bookings made through our online system, a charge may be imposed if you cancel before the vehicle has been dispatched.

6. Liability

6.1 While Shoreditch Mini cabs strives to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not responsible for losses incurred due to factors beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Shoreditch Mini cabs be held liable for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Shoreditch Mini cabs, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your journey.

6.4 You shall indemnify Shoreditch Mini cabs against any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by any member of your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable under applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any passenger places a vehicle or driver at risk, whether through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during the hire.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Shoreditch Mini cabs may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Shoreditch Mini cabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes being reflected on this page. Please review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed about any amendments. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Shoreditch Mini cabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not intend to confer any benefit to a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless specifically provided in writing.

9. Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days from the date of the booking pickup. Shoreditch Mini cabs is not obliged to entertain claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
